I created this website to hold myself accountable to my own happiness and passions.

For years, I tried to become someone I wasn’t. I convinced myself that keeping art as a hidden hobby was as far as it could ever go. It felt safer that way. Smaller. Contained.

But one day, after yet another soul-sucking day at work, I asked myself a simple question: When will I allow myself to be happy?

The answer was immediate.

Now.
Take the chance now.
Be happy now.
Be seen now.
Allow yourself to exist truthfully now.

This website, and my art, are simply steps toward myself. A commitment to stop shrinking. A decision to eliminate the excuses we so easily make about why we can’t fully pursue what we want.

This is me choosing differently.
